Ever seen a copy of Scoot! Quarterly ? If not, you should. Best scooter-specific magazine there is (at least that we've seen.) It may be tough to find on stands in Spokane, but it's an easy subscription, and a good way to wile away long winter nights while dreaming of spring.

But this isn't really an ad for Scoot!, it's to report that the Winter '06 issue came out recently, and features a nice writeup on last summer's other local rally, Couer d'Alene's 2% SC " Inland Invasion." 2% Bryce was nice enough to send along a copy recently, and we thought it'd be good to post the clipping.
