Don't know much about this one...hell, we're a little surprised Vespas even work that far north.

Nonetheless, Kelowna, B.C. sits on the shores of beautiful Okanogan Lake, well inland of the coastal rain zone, so it's definitely got scooter potential. Beaches, vineyards, plus it's the second (or third) year for this rally, so there's a little history, too. Scenic, 256-mile ride from Spokane to Kelowna? Could be interesting!
